The Manager/ Senior Manager, Commercial Operations will be a key figure in the creation and ongoing operations of the global commercial organization infrastructure. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with commercial team management, IT and Third-party vendors to determine business rules and requirements, test, train users and manage multiple commercial systems and processes including but not limited to the commercial data warehouse, customer master and SFA (Sales Force Automation) system.
The Manager/ Senior Manager, Commercial Operations will also assist in managing product launch teams and will need to work effectively across key functions within Commercial as well as other key corporate functions.
Responsible for several aspects of the monthly close process, including cash, fixed assets, prepaids and serving as the business partner for various functions across the company. Assist in the implementation of a new ERP system and provide support with revenue recognition and supply chain-related accounting. Performs day-to-day accounting operations and assists with the monthly close process. Perform monthly general ledger procedures including journal entries, supporting schedules, analyses and documentation.
The Pharmacovigilance Director will be responsible for the strategic global implementation, execution, and management of Pharmacovigilance and risk management activities in conjunction with the Company’s development and commercial activities, industry standards, and compliance with global regulations. He/She will collaborate cross-functionally at all levels in the organization as well as external regulatory authorities. The Director will lead and provide oversight for pharmacovigilance, drug safety and risk management for investigational and marketed products, ensuring proactive and timely risk-benefit assessments of safety data.
The Sr/Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a scientific resource capable of conducting high level scientific and strategic interactions across product and disease states with external thought leaders as well as internal Tetraphase stakeholders. MSLs are responsible for supporting medical education, training, clinical, non-clinical and health economics and outcomes research for Tetraphase products. The MSL ensures appropriate scientific exchange, develops peer relationships with thought leaders and content experts and provides balanced scientific support to healthcare professionals on behalf of Tetraphase and Tetraphase Medical Affairs in their geographic region. The MSL has a deep understanding of the scientific trends within the infectious diseases and acute care environment and routinely synthesizes their scientific field insights and communicates to the appropriate headquarters-based colleagues (Medical Affairs, Senior Management, Corporate Communications, Clinical Research, Business Development, etc).
