The Sr. Director of Commercial operations will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and will be a key member of the Commercial Leadership team. The Sr. Director will be responsible for leading and developing the Commercial Operations function and working closely with the IT team and Consultants to ensure that the evolving needs of the commercial organization are met.
Responsible for overseeing the reception area and providing support for daily office functioning. In addition, this position will have shipping/receiving responsibilities and oversees stocking. Provides specialized administrative support to relieve and assist the Senior Director of Operations and Sr. Management team. This position will handle special projects, coordinate activities between departments and outside parties
Under the general guidance of the Chief Medical Officer, this position will be responsible for all aspects of clinical development programs for drug candidates, including: overall program goals; design of clinical trials to meet program goals; medical monitoring of the clinical trials; and internal and external program communications (e.g., with clinical experts and global regulatory bodies). Lead a multi-disciplinary matrix team through highly complex decisions.
The Sr. Director, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications is responsible for the design and execution of comprehensive investor relations and public relations programs that support the overall corporate strategy. This person will be responsible for implementing and managing internal and external communication across all audiences. The Sr. Director, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications is responsible for utilizing a broad spectrum of communications tools such as the web, investor conferences, press releases, and internal corporate initiatives, to positively position the company to achieve its corporate goals.
The Sr/Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a scientific resource capable of conducting high level scientific and strategic interactions across product and disease states with external thought leaders as well as internal Tetraphase stakeholders. MSLs are responsible for supporting medical education, training, clinical, non-clinical and health economics and outcomes research for Tetraphase products. The MSL ensures appropriate scientific exchange, develops peer relationships with thought leaders and content experts and provides balanced scientific support to healthcare professionals on behalf of Tetraphase and Tetraphase Medical Affairs in their geographic region. The MSL has a deep understanding of the scientific trends within the infectious diseases and acute care environment and routinely synthesizes their scientific field insights and communicates to the appropriate headquarters-based colleagues (Medical Affairs, Senior Management, Corporate Communications, Clinical Research, Business Development, etc).
