Responsible for overseeing the reception area and providing support for daily office functioning. In addition, this position will have shipping/receiving responsibilities and oversees stocking. Provides specialized administrative support to relieve and assist the Senior Director of Operations and Sr. Management team. This position will handle special projects, coordinate activities between departments and outside parties


  • Facilitate meeting schedules/greet guests
  • Calendar and conference room management
  • Scheduling conference calls
  • Filing & File Management
  • Answer phones/greet visitors
  • Mail Distribution
  • Assist with Event Planning
  • Travel arrangements
  • Plan company lunches
  • Sign for deliveries
  • Coordinate shipping
  • Stock all office supplies and snacks
  • Assist with meeting set-up/clean up
  • Assist with related clerical duties such a photocopying, faxing and filing
  • -Other Administrative Functions as needed


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Must have a professional attitude and ability to work with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize, multitask and problem solve
  • Associates Degree
